Color Wheel

When talking about color theory, we usually use the color wheel. The color wheel is useful when showing how colors relate to each other and how you can create new colors by mixing two or more colors.

Photoreceptors

The brain and eyes translate light into color, certain cells in or brain called "photoreceptors", that tell our brain about light.

Do objects have color?

Nope! Objects don't have "color", they give off light that appears to be color.
Color exists only in the mind of the beholder.

Primary Colors

•  Colors are made from the three primary colors, which are red, blue, and green.
